Shipping FAQ’s

Here we have tried to answer the commonly asked questions about shipping.

We process orders within 2-3 business days; you will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

 TO CANADA: most orders will ship via lettermail (from BC). The delivery standard, once an order has shipped, is 3-14 business days. If you ordered 3+ complete kits (or if your order is over $125 in value), your order will ship as a parcel and you will receive a tracking number. 

TO USA: most orders will ship via Canada Post/USPS as a light packet. This service does not include tracking. The delivery standard is 6-14 business days from the time of shipment. If you would like tracking, you may upgrade during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL: most orders will ship via Canada Post as a light packet. This service does not include tracking. The delivery standard is 14-28 business days from the time of shipment; it depends largely on your country. If you would like tracking, you may upgrade during checkout. 

Please note that due to the pandemic, shipping has become a little more unpredictable. It can also be harder to predict at busy times of year such as leading up to Christmas. Please leave plenty of time for your order to arrive if you need it by a certain date. If you aren't sure if your order will arrive in time, please contact me before placing your order and I will do my best to help.
